Submission Guidelines

This guide will help you complete the entire submission process, from registration to final submission. Please read it carefully to ensure a smooth submission.

1. Register an Account

Visit the official website: https://journal.iioep.org/index/index/submissions/id/3.shtml

Create an account: Click "Register" and fill in the required information (such as name, email, password, etc.).

2. Prepare Submission Materials

Manuscript preparation: Write the paper according to the target journal or conference's formatting requirements, including title, abstract, main text, and references.

Formatting adjustments: Adjust font, line spacing, reference format, etc., according to the submission guidelines.

Additional documents: Prepare necessary supplementary materials such as an author declaration, copyright transfer agreement, dataset, etc.

Plagiarism check: Use plagiarism detection software to check similarity and ensure compliance with journal requirements.

3. Online Submission

Log in to the system: https://journal.iioep.org/ and click "Online Submission."

Upload the manuscript: Submit the document in PDF format as required by the system.

Confirm submission: After verifying all details, click the "Submit" button.、

4. Post-Submission Process

Initial review: The editorial office conducts a preliminary review to check formatting and research field relevance.

Peer review: The manuscript will be sent for expert review, which typically takes several weeks to months.

Reviewer comments: You will receive feedback from reviewers with one of the following decisions: Accepted, Minor Revisions, Major Revisions, or Rejected.

Manuscript revision (if applicable): Revise the manuscript based on reviewer comments and submit the revised version along with a response letter.

Final review: The editorial office conducts the final evaluation of the revised manuscript.

Acceptance notification: If approved, you will receive an acceptance letter.

5. Final Publication

Proofreading: You will receive a formatted proof of your manuscript. Check for any errors and provide feedback promptly.

Page fee payment (if applicable): Pay the publication fee according to journal requirements (1,500 RMB / 200 USD).

Official publication: Your article will be officially published on the journal’s website.
