Purpose and significance of the meeting:
The purpose of this academic conference is to gather top scholars, industry experts, policy makers, and business representatives in the field of artificial intelligence from around the world to jointly explore the latest research achievements, challenges, legal and ethical frameworks, and effective governance strategies in the field of artificial intelligence security, promote interdisciplinary cooperation, and advance the healthy and sustainable development of artificial intelligence technology.

International Institute of Engineering Psychology (IIEP)
Introduction: The International Institute of Engineering Psychology is a research institution dedicated to studying the interaction between human psychology and behavior in engineering environments. The research institute aims to explore and understand the characteristics of human cognition, emotions, decision-making, and behavior in the field of engineering, in order to improve the effectiveness of engineering design and management. Professor Cai Yiwei graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and is currently the Vice Dean and Professor of Management at the School of International Exchange at the University of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He also serves as an Associate Researcher at the International Institute of Engineering Psychology. Cai Yiwei's research directions include engineering psychology, management, agricultural and forestry economics, rural construction, artificial intelligence, human-computer interaction, and public culture. He published a monograph titled "Theory and Practice of Beautiful Rural Construction" and was awarded the title of "China Thailand Friendship Exchange Ambassador" by the Thai royal family. In addition, he also served as the Deputy Secretary of Education District of the the Belt and Road General Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia.
