1、 Recruitment needs

（1） Postdoctoral Fellow

We sincerely invite PhD graduates with backgrounds in computer science, psychology, artificial intelligence, and mathematics to join our postdoctoral research team. You will have the opportunity to participate in cutting-edge research projects, collaborate with top-notch research teams, and jointly promote the development of the field of engineering psychology.

Job requirements:

1. Hold a doctoral degree in fields such as computer science, psychology, artificial intelligence, or mathematics.

2. Strong interest in engineering psychology and willingness to conduct in-depth research in this field.

3. Possess good scientific research literacy and independent research ability, able to undertake the implementation and management of scientific research projects.

4. Have a team spirit, good at communication, and able to effectively collaborate with researchers from different backgrounds.

（2） Visiting scholar

We welcome scholars in related fields (researchers from universities or independent research institutions) to join our research team as visiting scholars. You will have the opportunity to communicate and collaborate with world-class research teams to conduct innovative research together.

Job requirements:

1. Have in-depth research background and experience in related fields such as computer science, psychology, artificial intelligence, or mathematics.

2. Has a strong interest in the field of engineering psychology and is willing to explore new research directions with us.

3. Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with our research team.

2、 Application process

1. Submit application materials: Please send your resume, research plan, recommendation letter, and other relevant materials to our recruitment email.

2. Review application materials: We will conduct a preliminary screening of the received application materials and invite eligible applicants for interviews.

3. Interview and Evaluation: We will organize experts to interview and evaluate applicants to determine the final list of hires.

3、 Outbound or completion of access requirements

Postdoctoral/visiting scholars are required to complete at least one related field project in the research institute and publish one SCI paper, such as in the field of artificial intelligence.
