The big data-driven strategy for optimizing the utilization of water resources proposed has been adopted in the special report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), serving the national "carbon peak and carbon neutrality" strategy. 3. The high-precision and high-resolution environmental evolution map technology developed was invited to give a conference report at the annual meeting of the Mediterranean Society for Geosciences (MedGU), serving the "Digital China" strategy. The multifractal modeling of the first national climate system presented internationally has been recognized as a featured paper in a top mathematical journal. The impact assessment of climate engineering on coral has been reported by the internationally renowned New Scientist. 6. Invited to interpret the State Council's climate change policy and action report in the first edition of the China Social Science Journal, serving the country's "carbon peak and carbon neutrality" strategy.
